Welcome to fxleadgen.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Service Provider”). By accessing, purchasing, or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not fully agree, you must immediately cease use of the Service.

Service Definition
fxleadgen.com operates strictly as a B2B marketing and lead generation service provider. We provide: Warm Leads — previously generated leads sourced from third-party channels (including signups and registrations); Hot Leads — leads generated exclusively for a Client’s campaign or offer; traffic acquisition, campaign execution, and lead delivery systems. We do not provide end-user services, nor do we act on behalf of any Client.

Absolute No Guarantees
The Client expressly acknowledges that leads are expressions of interest only at the time of submission, there is no guarantee of accuracy, intent, availability, or future behavior, and there are no guarantees of performance of any kind, including but not limited to conversions, engagement, sales outcomes, revenue generation, or user actions post-delivery. Any expectation of results is entirely at the Client’s own risk.

Full Assumption of Risk
The Client assumes 100% of all risk associated with use of leads, contacting leads, conversion processes, and business outcomes. fxleadgen.com has zero responsibility for any outcome resulting from the use of its services.

“As-Is” & Warranty Disclaimer
All services, data, and deliverables are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and accuracy or reliability of data. No statement, communication, or representation shall create any warranty.

Data Responsibility Transfer
Upon delivery of any lead data, full responsibility transfers immediately to the Client. The Client becomes the sole responsible party for all data use and is solely responsible for legal compliance, communication practices, storage and processing of data, and regulatory obligations in all applicable jurisdictions. fxleadgen.com bears no liability for downstream use of data.

Zero-Tolerance Refund Policy
All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. Once delivery, allocation, or campaign activation begins, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances regardless of performance, satisfaction, technical issues, or business outcomes. By purchasing, you waive any right to dispute or reverse payments.

Lead Quality & Replacement Policy
Leads are subject to internal filtering, but we do not guarantee validity, exclusivity, or responsiveness. Replacement requests are considered at our sole discretion. Replacements will only be considered for technically corrupted data or proven delivery failure. No replacements will be granted for non-responsive users, low performance, user disinterest, duplicate perception claims, conversion failure, or any subjective quality assessment. All decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Technical & Delivery Disclaimer
We are not liable for CRM errors, API failures, integration issues, third-party software downtime, or improper setup or misuse by the Client. The Client bears full responsibility for all technical implementation.

Prohibited Use
The Client agrees not to resell, share, or redistribute leads without written consent, use leads for unlawful or deceptive practices, engage in spam or unauthorized communication, or misrepresent fxleadgen.com. Violation will result in immediate termination, permanent ban, no refund, and possible legal action.

Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fxleadgen.com from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from use or misuse of leads, violation of laws or regulations, or the Client’s business practices. This obligation survives termination.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fxleadgen.com shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Right to Refuse or Terminate
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate agreements at any time without explanation. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Principle
These Terms are intended to provide maximum protection to fxleadgen.com. Any ambiguity shall be interpreted in favor of the Service Provider.
