1. Scope of Services

fxleadgen.com provides Forex lead generation and marketing-related services to third-party businesses, including but not limited to Warm Forex Leads, Real-Time (Hot) Forex Leads, lead delivery via CRM integrations and automation tools, and marketing traffic sourcing and lead qualification.

All services are offered exclusively on a B2B service-provider basis.

2. No Financial Services Disclaimer

fxleadgen.com does not offer trading, brokerage, investment, or financial advisory services. We do not accept client funds, manage trading accounts, or provide trading advice.

Any trading, brokerage, or financial services are provided solely by third-party clients using our marketing services. We make no representation or guarantee regarding trading performance, profits, deposits, or financial outcomes.

3. Nature of Leads

Leads are generated through opt-in marketing channels including paid ads, content registrations, affiliate traffic, and online forms.

A lead represents user interest at the time of data submission and does not guarantee conversion, registration approval, funding, or trading activity. Results depend on factors outside our control, including follow-up speed, compliance checks, sales processes, and market conditions.

4. GDPR & Data Processing

All lead data is collected in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. User consent is obtained at the point of data submission.

fxleadgen.com acts strictly as a data processing service provider. Clients receiving lead data act as independent data controllers and are solely responsible for lawful use, storage, and communication.

Clients must ensure their own GDPR, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

5. Lead Validation & Replacement Policy

Leads are validated using internal filtering and quality-control processes. Replacement requests must be submitted within the agreed timeframe after delivery.

Replacements may be issued only for clearly invalid or corrupted records or technical delivery errors.

No replacements are provided for non-responsive users, users who decline services, KYC or compliance rejections, internal sales rejections, or market-related or behavioral outcomes.

6. Delivery & Technical Integrations

Leads may be delivered via API, CRM integration, email, dashboards, or automated pipelines.

We are not responsible for third-party software failures, CRM downtime, or incorrect configurations on the client’s side. Clients are responsible for providing accurate integration access and credentials.

7. Payments & Fees

Services are provided on a prepaid or contract basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are charged for marketing services rendered and not for sales, deposits, or conversions. All payments are non-refundable once lead delivery has begun.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Acceptable Use

Clients may not resell, share, or redistribute leads without written authorization. Leads may not be used for misleading, unlawful, or deceptive practices.

Clients must not violate financial advertising, data protection, or consumer laws, send spam or unsolicited communications outside legal frameworks, or misrepresent fxleadgen.com as a broker or financial entity.

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, systems, dashboards, creatives, and materials are the property of fxleadgen.com or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fxleadgen.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for lost revenue, trading losses, or missed opportunities. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services during the applicable billing period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or legal, compliance, or reputational risks arise.

Termination does not release the client from outstanding payment obligations.
